Important Points to Note
- All bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the required pick-up time.
- Requests for changes or amendments to the booking time and date, made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up, are subject to availability but we can not grantee it and we can not refund as its short notice .
- You may modify, amend, or cancel your booking any time before the scheduled journey start time minimum notice required 24 hours if less than 24 hours no refund will be issued fees are £20 for amendment and £30 for cancelations .
- In the event of an urgent or emergency service requirement, please contact us via telephone or WhatsApp. We will endeavour to assist you; however, we cannot guarantee the immediate availability of a driver and vehicle.
- Irrespective of age, a child counts as one passenger.
- Our fixed price for airport pick-ups includes a complimentary 60-minute waiting period after the flight lands. Subsequently, waiting beyond this period incurs a charge of £20 per hour, in addition to any parking costs.
- For airport pick-ups, if your flight is unexpectedly diverted to a different airport, or if you are denied boarding (miss your flight), our drivers are obligated to return to their base. In such cases, you will need to arrange your own transportation, if no cars are available for your new booking .
- We provide one hour of complimentary waiting time after the flight lands. If you exceed this time frame, a waiting charge of £20 per hour, along with parking costs, will be applied.
- Please note that making bookings directly with the driver is strictly prohibited. In the unfortunate event of an accident, such bookings will not be covered by our insurance, and we cannot be held responsible.
- In the event of an accident or if the driver is unable to reach you for any reason (including weather conditions and traffic), a full refund of the amount paid for your booking will be issued.
- These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
- Additional pick-up and drop-off stops, not pre-booked in advance, are subject to availability and will incur a charge of £10 per stop.

The following terms and conditions outline the use of our transportation and related services, encompassing the website airporteagles.com (“website”) and the Airport Eagles application (“App”), collectively referred to as “Services.”
By utilising our Services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. It is important to note that these terms and conditions do not supersede or alter your statutory rights.
Airport Eagles functions as a booking agent (Taxi Operator), facilitating connections between customers and self-employed drivers responsible for your transfers. Both drivers and customers are provided with contact phone numbers to be used in case of emergencies or during the trips.
1. CONDITIONS OF USE

- Please be advised that ensuring the suitability of the Services offered to you lies within your responsibility, taking into consideration your personal requirements.
- In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we kindly request your consent to contact you. By voluntarily providing us with any contact information, such as a telephone number or email address, necessary to respond to your enquiry or to confirm and provide the requested Services, you shall be deemed to have granted us such permission.
- Furthermore, you warrant that all information provided to us is true, accurate, and complete, and that its disclosure will not infringe upon the privacy of any other individual.
- You are accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of any username and password utilised to access our Services.
- While availing yourself of our Services, you agree to abide by all relevant laws, rules, and regulations, and you pledge not to employ our Services for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Additionally, you commit to refraining from engaging in any conduct that we reasonably deem disreputable or capable of causing harm to our reputation.
2. BOOKINGS

- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the required pick-up time.
- In the event of an urgent or emergency service requirement, please contact us by telephone. While we will make every effort to assist you, we cannot guarantee the immediate availability of a driver and vehicle at short notice.
- You have the flexibility to change or amend your booking before the journey start time, minimum 24 hours notice subject to a £20 fee for amendment and £30 for cancelations . To do so, please contact us via email or simply reply to your confirmation email .
- It is essential to allow sufficient time when booking your vehicle to accommodate check-in times mandated by your airline or other factors related to your journey. Airport Eagles shall not be held responsible for any delays resulting from inadequate time allocation to reach your destination, passenger unavailability at the booked time, or delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or accidents.
- When making your reservation, please ensure you select a suitable vehicle size to accommodate the number of passengers and luggage. It’s important to note that carrying excessive luggage beyond the vehicle’s designed capacity is entirely at your own risk.
- Please be aware that a child, irrespective of age, will count as one passenger in the booking.
- Review your booking confirmation carefully and promptly inform us of any errors. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or costs arising from incorrect information provided by you.
- When quoting the correct account number and Client name, we will assume that the individual has the authority to make a booking on behalf of the Client.
- If you require transportation for a wheelchair, kindly specify this at the time of booking.
- The driver will take the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Client, in which case additional charges may apply. While we will make every effort to accommodate additional pick-ups or drop-offs, automatic accommodation may not be guaranteed unless specified during booking. If the driver is required to wait at any point during the journey, waiting time may be charged at our current standard rate, unless stated otherwise during booking.
- We strive to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrive at the designated time and location. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failure, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, or extreme weather conditions. Furthermore, we do not accept responsibility for any consequential loss resulting from such delays.
- In the event of an emergency or driver unavailability due to traffic, vehicle breakdown, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances, including human errors, a full refund will be issued. However, the refund amount will not exceed the original payment made for the booking
- We expect all passengers to treat our drivers and staff, as well as drivers introduced to you through Airport Eagles, with respect. Engaging in any unlawful, threatening, harassing, or abusive behaviour while using their vehicles or any of our Services, including causing damage to their vehicles, is strictly prohibited.
- Airport Eagles reserves the right to deny Services to anyone at any time, without liability and without providing reasons. We also reserve the right to deny entry to our vehicles to anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the driver, vehicle, or other passengers. Additionally, we retain the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behaviour by any passenger. Should any vehicle require special cleaning due to unreasonable conditions left by a passenger/client, the cost of cleaning may be charged to the Client.
- We retain the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur/driver, if necessary. In such cases, we will endeavour to notify you in advance, without any obligations on your part.
- For all extra-large bookings, which include 5 to 8 people, we will make every effort to ensure that the drivers are present at the requested time. However, in the event of unforeseen delays or short notice changes, we cannot guarantee that the drivers will be able to wait, as they may be committed to other scheduled jobs. Should such a situation arise, and the drivers cannot wait for the extra-large booking, we kindly request you to arrange alternative transportation options. In such cases, we will promptly issue a full refund for the affected service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
3. AIRPORT PICK UP

- If you experience a delay of more than 3 hours and we are unable to accommodate your booking due to unavailability, no refund will be provided.
- Our fixed price for airport pick-up services includes a complimentary 60-minute waiting period after the flight lands. After this waiting period, a charge of £20 per hour, in addition to any parking costs, will apply. Please be aware that our drivers may have other scheduled transfers to attend to, and they may need to leave if the delay extends beyond a reasonable waiting period.
- In the unfortunate event that your flight is diverted to a different airport on short notice, or you miss your flight and are denied boarding, our drivers will need to return to their base. If we do not have any available cars for your new booking, you will need to arrange your own transportation at full cost.
- In the event of an accident, vehicle breakdown, or any other reason that prevents the driver from reaching your destination, we will offer a full refund for the affected service. However, the refund amount will not exceed the original payment made for the booking. Additionally, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative vehicle for you, subject to its availability. However, if no alternative vehicle is available, you will be responsible for making alternative arrangements on your own.
4. CONVEYING OF CHILDREN

- As per UK law, taxis and licenced private hire cars are not exempt from regulations concerning the transportation of children in a baby/child seat. In adherence to Health and Safety guidelines, Airport Eagles requires all customers to inform us if they will be travelling with children or babies. If you intend to use our seats, please ensure you have booked and paid for a child seat. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own child seats at no additional cost.
- If you require a child seat for your journey, it is the responsibility of the child’s parent or caregiver to properly install the seat in the vehicle, securing the child safely. We emphasise that the installation of the child seat must be carried out by you, ensuring it meets the required safety standards.
- The safety and supervision of children during travel is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian. AIRPORT EAGLES assumes no liability or responsibility for the safety or supervision of children during the provision of airport transfer and taxi services.
- We prioritise the safety and well-being of our passengers, and we appreciate your cooperation in complying with these child seat regulations. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.
- 5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- If you wish to cancel your booking, please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience.
- You have the right to cancel your booking up to twenty-four hours before the scheduled journey start time, without providing any specific reason. To cancel, simply notify us in advance via email. Please be aware that a cancellation fee of £30 will apply.
- If you have made a payment in advance for your booking, we will process a refund within 28 days from the cancellation date.
- If a booking is cancelled within twenty-four hours of the requested pick-up time, we reserve the right to charge the full fare for the journey. Additionally, if the pick-up location necessitates the car being dispatched more than twenty-four hours before the pick-up time, we also reserve the right to make a full charge for the journey.
- It’s important to understand that our booking cancellation policy reflects the fact that we reserve the availability of the vehicle for you and subsequently decline all other bookings for that specific vehicle at the time and date of your booked journey.

6. PAYMENT & CHARGES

- Please be advised that all prices, unless otherwise specified, include any drop-off fee, and there may be additional crossing charges applicable.
- By utilising any of our Services, you agree to make full payment for the respective journey you take or for the use of any service previously requested and subsequently confirmed and completed by us.
- Airport Eagles reserves the right to modify the initial quotation if there are significant changes to the original itinerary, such as alterations in the number of passengers or the type/size of the required vehicle.
- In the event that you fail to appear and make contact with our driver at the designated pick-up point and at the booked time, we reserve the right to charge the full fare for the journey.
- Under no circumstances can we offer more than the amount you have paid us for our services. Our commitment is to fulfil the agreed-upon services as per the specified payment, and we are unable to exceed or modify this amount in any situation.
- Furthermore, we retain the right to make a full charge without issuing any refunds if, upon our vehicle’s arrival, it is determined that the booking was made for the incorrect date, time, location, or if any other misleading or incorrect information was provided. Additionally, this charge will apply if, for any reason whatsoever, the passenger departs from the pickup point without notifying us.
7. DRIVERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS
- All drivers providing services through Airport Eagles are required to adhere to the following conditions:
- Possess a full and valid licence and have appropriate insurance coverage.
- Provide up-to-date licence and insurance details to Airport Eagles and be ready to present them to customers if requested.
- Maintain their vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring their roadworthiness and safety.
- Comply with all guidelines and regulations set forth by their respective licencing authorities.
- Ensure the smooth operation of their vehicles during the course of service.
- Maintain the highest standard of hygiene within their vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and comfort for customers.
- Assume responsibility for the customer trip from the moment they accept the job or when it is allocated to them (in the case of full-time drivers).
- Comply with all regulations and guidelines set by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
- These requirements are set in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and quality of service provided to our customers. We prioritise the professionalism and competence of our drivers, and adherence to these conditions is essential to maintain the high standards set by Airport Eagles.
8. PERMITTED USE

- The Services intended for personal, non-commercial use only. They can be accessed and used by private individuals or businesses to seek services directly for themselves or their business purposes. Any other use of the Services for purposes other than personal, non-commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- You are not allowed to use the Services in any unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial manner. Additionally, they must not be used to harm, threaten, abuse, embarrass, defame, libel, intimidate, or harass others. Content that invades someone’s privacy or is obscene, offencive, hateful, indecent, inappropriate, objectionable, unacceptable, discriminatory, or damaging, as determined by us, is not allowed. You must not create, check, confirm, update, modify, or amend another person’s records. Interference with, disruption of, or imposition of an unreasonable burden on our communications and technical systems is prohibited. Usage of any automated software, process, programme, robot, web crawler, spider, data mining, trawling, or other “screen scraping” software or system is also not allowed.
- The Services are primarily intended for use by Clients located in the UK. We do not provide a warranty or representation that any service offered on this Services is available or suitable for use outside of the UK. If you choose to access and use the Services from locations outside the UK, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- The trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Services and the information, content, material, or data displayed on the Services belong to us or our licensors, and all such rights are reserved. You must not use such information or copyright material unless you have written permission from us to do so.
- You may temporarily print, copy, download, or store extracts of information, content, material, or data displayed on the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not otherwise breach these Terms and Conditions.
- All rights in the Services are owned by us or licenced to us.
- Any content that you submit or make publicly available on or through the Services (“User Content”) will remain your ownership. However, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free, and unlimited licence to use such User Content in any manner and for any purpose.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Airport Eagles shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the provision of transportation services by the self-employed drivers.
- Airport Eagles carries public liability insurance to cover any claims arising due to its own actions or negligence while providing its services through the Services.
- The public liability insurance coverage provided by AXA shall apply solely to bookings made through the Services, and it does not extend to cover actions or negligence of the self-employed drivers outside the scope of the Services.
- The liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising directly from the actions or negligence of the self-employed drivers outside the scope of the Services shall rest solely with the drivers themselves, and clients must pursue any claims or disputes directly with the drivers involved.
- In the event of any dispute between the Client and the self-employed driver arising from a booking made through the Services, Airport Eagles shall make reasonable efforts to mediate and assist in resolving the dispute. However, Airport Eagles shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from such disputes beyond its own responsibilities under the Services.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for our fraud, or excludes or limits our duties or any liability under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, as amended, (“FSMA”) or any conduct of business rules developed pursuant to FSMA.
- Subject to the paragraph immediately above, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage you may incur :
- if any information, content, material or data you provide on the Services is not correct, complete and accurate, or if it is misleading, or if you fail to disclose all relevant facts;
- in the event that any service you apply for does not meet your requirements or is not suitable for you;
- in connection with the accuracy or content of any reviews of services displayed on our Services or on any other website that you may access via our Services;
- for any acts, omissions, errors or defaults of any third party in connection with that service;
- which are indirect or not foreseeable by us when you accessed or used the Services; or
- arising from an inability to access the Services, from any use of the Services or from reliance on the data transmitted using the Services where such losses or damages are caused by any event beyond our reasonable control including as a result of the nature of electronic transmission of data over the internet.

- We cannot guarantee any specific arrival time for our services. It is the customer’s responsibility to allocate ample time to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, such as accidents, traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, or human errors that may affect the scheduled arrival time.
11. GOVERNING LAW

- This Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the England and Wales. Both you and Airport Eagles consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute or claim arising from or related to this Agreement.
12. MISCELLANEOUS

- You agree to indemnify and defend Airport Eagles against any claims or legal proceedings initiated by any third party due to your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- In compliance with UK law, smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
- Airport Eagles retains the right to modify these terms and conditions, as well as prices, at any time. However, all existing bookings will be honoured at the rate quoted at the time of booking.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
